Here’s my 46 day old Z Up by Fast Buds, what do you think? The aroma is already incredible, can’t wait to try her 😋 She’s growing in a 120×60×180 Spider Farmer tent under a 200W SF2000, together with two other plants.

Your Z Up from Fast Buds is superb for 46 days! She is in full transition to heavy flowering and her structure is very promising.
Here is my analysis of your plant:
1. Development and Structure
Overall health: The foliage is bright green and very healthy, indicating that your nutrition is perfectly controlled in your Spider Farmer.
Flower formation: At 46 days, the bud sites are well formed and starting to be covered in trichomes (the resin you already smell).
"Open" structure: It has a beautiful airy structure which allows light to pass from the SF2000 to the lower sites, which will maximize your performance.
2. Advice for the rest (Inflation phase)
Humidity (VPD): As the buds begin to densify, make sure that your relative humidity drops slowly towards 40-45% to avoid any risk of mold in the heart of the flowers.
Branch support: The Z Up heads can get quite heavy. Keep an eye on the side branches; If they start to bend under weight within 2 weeks, you may need to install stakes.
Nutrition: It is entering its period of maximum gluttony for Phosphorus and Potassium. This is the moment when it will really gain volume.
3. Space management
With two other plants in a 120x60, space will quickly become limited. Ta Z Up seems to occupy its volume well without suffocating its neighbors too much at the moment.
In summary: It's a very clean "grow". If it already smells strong at D46, prepare for an explosion of flavors between now and harvest (probably in about 3-4 weeks depending on the maturity of the trichomes).

Early on growers think more is better. But with branches, the right amount is better.
Simplifying something that is complex and is not stationary - your climate, co2 and light (along with genetics) will dictate yield per sq ft. While too few colas can hurt yield, adding more beyond a certain point does nothing but further distribute the maximum mass the plant can produce per sq ft based on the environment it exists (relative to genetics).
2-3 colas per sq foot is all you need. Also, if you stay disciplined in canopy management, it'll avoid any need to defoliate. At worst you have to remove a couple select leaves that are causing some condensation or some specific reason and not just whimsically removing large amount of leaves. Defoliation is bro science. Only remove a leaf when it is going to cause a problem or elevated risk of a problem.
If you haven't already, now's the time to dial back nitrogen proportions of fertilizer. Remaining vege growth is going to end soon. Don't cease N completely, but 20-40% reduction is probably a good idea. Depends on how you fed prior, too... lots of ways to skin this cat. observe and react to the plant.symptoms as necessary. There's what 'should be' and what's happening in front of you... not always the same thing.
