Expensive.
I'd suggest Jack's 3-part setup. Two of which you can buy generic products at an even cheaper price. Less than 4 cents per gallon mixed if you buy in bulk. Dry fertiizer also lasts decades on the shelf, so using it over the course of a few years is fine. It's also ph-buffered and balanced so you don't have to worry about balancing it.
With soilless/hydro context, there's even less concern about quality of ingredients. The pool of ingredients for 100% soluble and 100% plant-ready nutrients is small by comparison. There really is no quality difference from any reputable company. The ingredients are commodities, so don't overpay for them. Higher cost soilless/hydro products are just taking advantage of people.
