Praying leaves is a good sign, she loving life Keep it like this I would say Try downloading the Photone app or any app that read light intensity with phone camera, it will give you light metrics and will make your life easier :)

Hey Luca, honestly, that's not light stress. When leaves "pray" (point upwards), it's usually a sign that the plant is super happy and processing light efficiently. However, 120W at full power and only 40cm distance is quite a lot for such a tiny seedling. Even if she looks good now, she might get overwhelmed soon. I’d personally dim the light to about 40-50% or move it up to 60cm for a few days just to be safe while she's this young. But for now, she looks like she's loving life. Just keep an eye on the leaf tips—if they start to crisp up, then you definitely need to back off with the light intensity. **Happy Growing Growmie 🌱**

For Light Distance, at this stage... it should be measured. I start using 300-600 during Veg stage, early on- shoot for the 400 Target, and increase, as it matures. If you have no way to measure - Place the list on power 10 and as far up in tent as you can go (approximately 5Ft)

She looks pretty darn happy. You are right to be cautious - should leaves start cupping more (taco-shapes) and that angle goes up higher, test if turning down the light helps. A 30 minute break at 50% of your current capacity works very well for all kinds of problems. But you - are doing great.

I don't understand what you mean with "this" because your seedling looks perfectly fine. It's not stretching out to light which it would do if your light source would be too weak or to far away. The stem looks firm and short which is a sign of good development and it indicates that you're light is not too close.

Tough to be certain... if those nodes stay tight and the reason they are praying is due to the lower leaves physically pushing the upper leaves, that's definitely caused by too much light. it looks like the nodes are spacing out, but a still image doesn't really show this... you would know from looking at the plant or if you recently increased light intensity, consider dialing it back a skosh. Greater context might eliminate possibilities. 40cm 120 watts with a seedling is likely too much, but in the end you observe and react to plant growth... as long as those nodes continue to space out in a healthy way, but not stretched, it's fine. Local temp and rh will be factors in how much light a plant can handle per day too. You may find seasonal differences if these variables are not tightly controlled. Given that hanging distance and wattage, i'm surprised the nodes are as spaced out as they are... did you only recently increase power? the other tidbit to understand.. sometimes 'too much light' takes several days or even longer than a week to see negative ramifications.. it's not always an extreme and immediate reaction. Observe and adjust... roll with it.. take notes.. avoid the trial and error nex ttime. I'd also suggest using size-appropriate pots. makes everything easier for you and better for the rootzone development.
