based on how close the top couple sets of leaves are, i'd wager the interveinal chlorosis at the top is from being too close to the lights.. raise or dim.
the top couple sets of leaves look to be pushing each other upward. When node spacing is that tight, it's from too much light.
i can't tell.. is it just as severe down below? If so that makes the light less likely.. eliminate possibilities as best you can. symptoms are not discrete. Less severe and non-existent symptoms down below leans toward the light as cause. deductive reasoning... you can assess better than what is presented in these pictures.
If it isnutes and started at the top, it's an immobil nutrient or 'mostly' immobile.. this stuff isn't always a binary context. Mostly trace elements cause this starting at the top, and that'd be pretty unusual. Looks like zinc, but it'd much more likely be something locking zinc out... whether in soil or soilless, 'something' should be providign trace elements, ensure that's the casse to help eliminate a possibility.
definitely not calcium related - that's rusty spots. If it were mg-related, that'd have some necrotic spots coinciding with interveinal chlorosis, as well as likely starting in the middle of the plant (vertically). People often lump these together, and that's a bit dangerous.. they are 2 unique elements. they have different symptoms. if it were low on Mg and you added a bunch of ca and mg, the extra Ca might end up causing lockout if the levels were fine before. Things to consider...
