JoLatto! That’s a tough one. If the plant is mutated, it often has a weaker "immune system" or internal transport system, which makes it hit a wall once the heavy energy demands of flowering kick in. Since your other plants are fine using the same routine, it’s likely just bad luck with this specific seed's genetics. Before you pull it: Check the stems and the base of the plant for any mushiness or browning (signs of rot). If it’s just yellowing quickly, it might be a severe nutrient lockout specific to its mutation, but if it's literally wilting and dying, it might be best to chop it to save your airflow and resources for the healthy ones. If the buds still look clean and there's no mold, you could try to ride it out a bit longer, but don't let it compromise the rest of your tent! Happy Growing, Growmie!

Looks like starvation, but also it could be K lock due to N excess I.d suggest to flush and feed anew with 150 200 250 ratio for next 2-3 watering, then do feed/water

This is why I always say "don't grow mutants or maybes"! Looks like a phosphorous issue to me. I agree with 0011, whatever/however you are feeding them does not appear to be ideal, nearly all your plants show various issues.

looks quite early, why don't you try to use a leaf symptom chart and feed the plant to reverse or stop the damage? looks like potassium or possible something locking potassium out. Possilby a N-deficiency also. If in soilless/hydro just look at your concentration of each element and usually it stands out like a sore thumb what the cause is. Other plants are showing various symptoms, so i wouldn't have so much confidence in your fertilizer providing a balanced diet or supplementing soil properly, whatever the case may be. It could be improved over time and get more consistent results as you go.. take notes, refine, implement a better strategy next grow. continual improvement.
