Hi guys, I need some advice. What do you think about my Strawberry Gorilla Auto from Fast Bud at 78 days? How many weeks do you think it might take to be ready?

Your buds look chunky and mature, which is good news. At day 78 on a Fast Bud auto, you’re probably 1–2 weeks away, maybe less. But here’s the thing don’t go off days. Go off trichomes. Looking at your close-ups, the trichomes still have some clear in there, which means she’s not quite at peak yet. You want mostly cloudy with some amber mixed in. Give it another 5–7 days and check again. The buds look dense and frosty, so you’re definitely close. What I’d do: Get a loupe or magnifying glass and check the trichomes every 2–3 days from now. The difference between “ready” and “not quite there yet” is usually 3–5 days, and that matters. Too early and you lose some potency and weight. Too late and you get couch-lock vibes instead of balanced effects. The plant looks healthy, buds are solid, no stress signs. You’ve done good work. Just be patient for another week-ish and let those trichomes finish clouding up. You’re in the home stretch. Once you see that mostly cloudy look with amber, pull her down. You’ll know it when you see it.

Those calyxes can still get fatter... then 7-10 days beyond that... plants can surprise you at the end.. seen some turn on the jets and others take a slow stroll. Don't try to guess.. don't bother with that unless it's a fun thought experiement for you. Simply observe and react. there should be a hanfdul of things you can see that cause a harvest. Bttom-up not top-down reasoning... if you do that, then you automatically adapt to genetic variety currently in front of you. trichomes pistils budn density the three things i focus on... ymmv.

That Strawberry Gorilla is looking beautiful, mikythegrower! At 78 days, she’s definitely in the home stretch, but looking at those close-ups, you’ve still got quite a few white pistils reaching out and the buds look like they could swell up a bit more. I’d say you’re looking at another 1 to 2 weeks to really let those trichomes mature and get that fade coming in. If you can, grab a jeweler's loupe to check for that perfect mix of milky and amber heads, but for now, patience will definitely pay off in potency and weight. Happy Growing Growmie🌱

Pistils haven't started to shrivel yet so I'm going with 2 weeks left. Post again with same quality pictures in about 7 days then we'll have a better idea.
