Those are pre-flowers forming normal at week 9-10 veg on photoperiodics, especially as they mature. They won’t actually flower until you flip to 12/12, but the plant is just showing you she’s ready. Once you switch to 12/12, full flowering will start. No problem just means your plant is mature and pistols will develop into full buds once you flip. Go ahead with your 12/12 switch when ready.

Yes, those are female calyxes............also known as "pre-flowers". Cannabis does this when it is old enough, even if the lights are at 18/6. The plants are not actually flowering, just telling you that they are mature enough to grow flowers (think puberty). There is nothing in your pictures to indicate any hermie development, so no need to worry.

see the white hairs popping out, those are calyxes. Female sex organs. Theare are preflowers. They form 1 per branch. If you have a long enough vegetative phase, they will form before you flip to 12/12 schedule. google image search marijuana calyx and pollen sac. They are easy to differentiate. The pollen sac does not have 2 hairs sticking out and if you look at the envelop that sourrounds it, it's segmented around the outside. - the seams are where it splits open. A calyx's envolope wraps around it.. might see 2 seams but don't look the same. More of an overlap that's on an angle and not a seam. All else fails, you can even pull them off while just a nub, slize it open with a razorblade and using some magnification you can look inside and see a row of several nanners or 2 hairs packed inside. Again, distinctly different. The hairs are hairy.. nanners are smooth. coiled or folded up vs peas in a pod.
