I had 2 sets of their fast flowering cultivars turn herm on me. I emailed them about it and they got back to me in 24-48hrs. They offered to send out new seeds. I declined the seeds and ask for different cultivars instead. The had no problem sending me out the different cultivars. I give fastbuds customer service a 10/10. Side note this was around 2 years back. I did deal with heather so if she is still around the issue will be resolved.
