Fastbuds order never recieved, ignored by customer service

Post this on reddit especially for a quick action. Also on all your social media.

If u paid with CC, call your provider and say it never showed and they can issue you a charge back on them. aka a refund. Done it before. Same its for garden seeds and plants. Don't mention cannabis as some of them are weird about it. 2nd the fact you should reach out to them on their official platforms. I've almost always get a reply from em on this site or email. but shit can fall though the cracks. and companies do charge. If you did not order directly from them. then you need to reach out to the reseller who processed your order. Eg. attitude seed bank.

I had 2 sets of their fast flowering cultivars turn herm on me. I emailed them about it and they got back to me in 24-48hrs. They offered to send out new seeds. I declined the seeds and ask for different cultivars instead. The had no problem sending me out the different cultivars. I give fastbuds customer service a 10/10. Side note this was around 2 years back. I did deal with heather so if she is still around the issue will be resolved.

maybe, try fast buds website rather than this 3rd party website, which may or may not be owned by the same people. send them info showing bank or credit card payment.. a receipt etc... typical things you do when such a problem comes up.
