Hey Zebec,
Honestly, for 9 days old, she looks pretty normal! Seedlings spend their first week or two focusing most of their energy underground building a solid root system before the explosive top growth starts, so don't panic just yet.
However, those temperatures are definitely your main enemy right now. Anything over 35°C is way too hot for a fragile seedling and will absolutely slow her down or even stall her completely. Combined with poor lighting, she might start stretching or just stop growing.
If you can, try to bring her indoors under a simple, cheap LED grow light or even a cool white CFL bulb just to get her through this early stage in a climate-controlled room around 22-25°C. If she has to stay outside, move her into partial shade during the hottest hours of the day so she doesn't get baked, and make sure the soil stays moist but not completely waterlogged. Autoflowers have a tight internal clock, so fixing that heat stress right now is super important to give her the best start.
