Recommend me a good strain for winter. I really had problems with purple bud and stuff this year.

It's a plant. It'll struggle more the further under 18C it goes and at some similar point, biological process will cease to function. There is no strain of marijuana that can get around a deterministic reality :P. Strain isn't going to make much difference. Either you don't kill the plant with cold or you do. As someone else stated, you will likely have to add a few more hours of light per day to avoid any early flowering, unless using an autoflower. If the climate doens't allow, it's simply not going to work... or you have to grow indoors in the cold season.

Cannabis is a summer plant...........it does not like cold weather outdoors. It also needs long days of light, the longer the better........short winter days with 8-10 hours of daylight won't be enough. You can grow cannabis outdoors in winter, but growth is extremely slow, the flowers are rubbish and any frosts will generally kill them. All in all, wait until spring, or grow indoors............where any strain you chose will thrive............but outdoors, no.
