From the photo not to be said.........you should focus on the colour of the trichomes. If they are milky and some already amber, then you can chop them. I f you like your smoke more "uplifting" then harvest when milky without much amber. The more amber it gets, the more "couchlock" your weed will be. I prefer something in between both. If you dont have a good camera, you should buy a microscope to see exactly when they can be chopped.

Outdoors and out of season plant? I would harvest whenever you feel like it, quality will not be a factor in this grow unfortunately. It really isn't going to do anything spectacular from now onwards.............just die slowly.

looksk like you had a revege.. do you know for certain it's in flower, still? it definitely had some interrupted long nights and that caused the funky looking leaves that are single bladed and smooth around the edges. If stems are elongating and/or more leaves are being grown it's fucked up due to light pollution during dark cycle. if it's old re-vege and back into flower somehow... just scope those trichomes and make a best guess... this is like riding a bike. nobody can do it for you and you will have your own personal prefernces as far as amountn of ripeness you want. Take the plunge, make note of ripeness you see... make any adjustments to your timing next time to experiment until you find exactly what you like. if the pistils are all coiled up and starting to see amber in trichomes (on calyx only, not leaves), then it comes down to personal preference that you will have to figure out.

As I always say, it's hard to tell without looking at the trichomes. You can try to guess based on the pistil oxidation/maturity (when they change color from white to red/orange/brown/yellow), once 85-100% of pistils are colored and curl onto the flower, it's a good indication of maturity, but it's not definitive. I recommend you buy or take pictures with either a jewelers loupe, a mini microscope, microscope lens or macro lens. Once you feel you have the correct amount of milky trichomes you can then harvest! (There is no "set" correct amount, but a rule of thumb is: Clear trichome = no effect | Milky = THC peak (more mental effect) | Amber = THC transforms into CBN, less of a mental high and more of a body high, more couchlock effect!
