Think you amped up the light too soon. first internode is a bit long, but then you have 2 sets of leaves plus a growth tip with no spacing between it. The chlorosis prgressing up top also supports this conclusion. Seedlings don't need as much light, but want more over time as they mature. just make sure 'some' internod forms (stem between nodes is called an "internode"). It shouldn't be stretched out and thin and it shouldn't be so tight that the leaves never separate or barely separate. What you are seeing isn't about quality of seed but rather a reflection of how you are growing it. Grwoth is slow at first. As leaf surface area increases, growth increases. The first couple weeks are always a bit meh. Some plants are faster than others. that correlates to good future growth, but doesn't gauarantee strong growth in flower, either. I plant 200% of what i need and kill off the weak early on, and I still oftenget ~1 less than median plant out of 8 nearly every grow. The only way you get strong consistency is with clones. as far as who will ship to your specific country.. just start an order on various websites you can find with a google search until you find a few options that do. Otherwise, there are apps that connect you with re-shippers.. someone will receive it, then for a fee ship it too you.. i dontknow how trustworthy those services are... so look into them first, if necessary

Give it some roots enhancers like humic and fulvic acids and some mycorrhizae to build a strong root system to increase the nutrients uptake and growth rate .

"PevGrow" in Spain ships world wide and have 1000s of strains and great prices too................much cheaper than most...........freebies too. Outdoors, seedlings need at least 8 hours of direct sunlight on the leaves to grow their fastest, especially autos...... are they getting this? Cold overnight temps will also slow growth considerably. Personally, I don't like growing autos outdoors, they really need indoor lights and 18 hours of it to perform to any sort of decent size. If you are going to have a diary, fill out as much information as it allows............ adding only a few basic pieces of detail does not help you or anyone trying to help you.

It looks like there are spider webs on the leaves, you should definitely take a closer look at that. Other than that, it looks a bit small, but since you are growing outdoors, it could simply be a lack of light. Also, your pot isn’t completely filled, which might be blocking some light. Additionally, you mentioned that you used “IFFCO Magic Soil”. I looked it up, and it seems to be an all-mix type soil, which can often contain quite a lot of nutrients for this early stage. That might be a bit too strong for the plant right now. I would keep observing it for at least another week before making any final conclusions. Also, you could check out FastBuds. The prices are okay, and the support and shipping are really good. I’ve had around 15–20 seeds from them so far, and only one didn’t germinate—but they replaced it without any issues. I’m just not entirely sure if they ship worldwide, though.
