Due to travel, I have to cut these in about 2 weeks. How bad will my harvest suffer? Am I even close to the harvest window? See diary

2 weeks is enough time that some or most of these may be ready anyway. This stuff isn't uniform. I've seen plants 'speed up' at the end that seemd to be slow-flowering varieties... just have to look at that time and you'll know if it's a bit early or not. Speculating now won't help either way if it is a necessary thing. They might shrink up a bit more than normal. May not be the best for bedtime smoke, if you use it to help you get to sleep etc... but you probably won't notice much of a difference if its a few days early.

I wouldn't focus too much on the ripeness since you have to cut... But I can tell you that in the past I had the same need and I cut plants that were even less mature than yours (with pistils still straight)... Maybe their terpene profile won't express itself 100%, but they'll still be enjoyable😋 Ps. I know it might have been an exception, but the best weed I've tried so far was an early-harvested Polar Gelato😂😂

Check the trichomes. If they are mostly milky and some amber, you can harvest. You could also harvest before, which would end in a less potent turn, or harvest after this point, which will result in your weed making you more sleepy and the high not being "crystaqlclear" so to say

I guess they could take still 2-3 weeks until they are really ready, the trichomes don't show amber color yet and many Pistils are still white and not orange/brown 🙌
