It does look like a little bit of foxtailing,
But might be something genetic in the strain too.
20% chance of a foxtailing
80% strainwise i'd say

Just a low yielding plant. Looking at diary, seems to be all over the plant(s) like that. Doesn't look over-crowded. If your canopy is mostly secondary brnaching, that might be part of it, but looks more about genetic potential than anything you are responsible for. Bad luck with more than one strain... Think BF dropped the ball on these.
Plants might be slightly overfed, but nothing that would cause this on its own.
No re-vege? You'd know if it happened.
