the ongoing crisis :P
what did you do recently? Did you reduce light and that has resulted in renewed growth? if so, keep being patient. I can tell from node spacing how it's changed over time -- a bit too litlle and some visible stretch in first internod, then less in the 2nd node and i'm not 100% sure what's going on at the top.. just make sure "some" spacing occurs, but again... not too tight, not too stretchy etc... if it is snapping out of light-caused stunting, it can take time to restart.. it won't happen overnight.
As far as pH, just know it is not a linear scale. The futher from 7, the scale is log-scale. So, don't just take a mid point... that'll be far too much th eother direction.
in soil, microbes should help normalize pH. ph-balance what you add and it shoudl work out. Also, don't overreact if plant look healthy. Yes, it's better to be 6.5-6.8 (soil, ~6.0 soilless), but being a bit off is not the end of the world or cause to do anything extreme to fix it quickly... slow and easy works better. When pH starts impact it, the symptoms are impossible to miss.. it'll look like a mess.
Seems like there is less chlorosis at the top? If trending in right direction, more reason to be patient.
