Somethings not right............but I don't think it is nanners forming. Some plants grow weird solid lumps that are just that, lumps...........not male or female parts, just lumps and I think that is what these are................although the pictures are not that clear/sharp................ I have seen these "lumps" before and they are generally not an issue, but do keep monitoring them.

Nah, i think the light is burning some of your pistils. But, some of it could just be that transition of bud site development and vege growth ending at the terminal bud... get a few extra leaves between sugar leaves and fan leaves and it always looks a little extra spikey, but the nub forming in a couple pictures looks like some singed pistils or maybe wind-caused... something environmental..

Goodmorning growmie! I see where your comming from, however, the white pistils should indicate its a her. Keep a sharp eye on her, it might be a caitlyn.
