Don't let them fade this early... that's not senescence or stress from lollipop, that's starvation. Any plants exhibiting early fade need more fertilizer than what's been provided as of late.
Your vpd is too high with 25-26C and nearing 40%. This in turn can reduce how much light a plant can handle per day. Need to calculate that with leaf temp, but can just do a -2C offset for a rough estimate too. Still pushing as high as 1.8kPa and that's something that will have a negative effect if given enough time.. won't see problems overnight, but they are coming. Could be related to the chlorosis seen in the canopy too. humidifiers are cheap and low watts.. easy thing to add.
Lollipop is fine as long as you still hit goo yeild numbers (grams per sq ft). When possible, take the branch off but don't cut the leaves off. Leaves re room for error. The more you cut off, the less room for error on feeding it. They are the 'lungs,' too. So, never take off leaves unless absolutely necessary. The products of photosynthesis are not trapped locally. They are highly mobile through the vascular tissue. Total light capture is the key (no gaps) and avoid congestion, but otherwise keep the leaves. You don't have an over-crowded canopy. it's got healthy airflow and light penetration already.
