If only 14 days remain, just make sure the canopy doesn't deteriorate too fast. If it can provide for itself sucking down the leaves, it's fine. If it progresses too fast, definitely add whatever is needed.

Nutrients are not stored in flower. they are used to build flower on demand, in simplest terms.. So, whether you feed or not under any healthy, commonsense context will not alter the mineral constitution of the flower, therefore won't impact flavor or taste.
