purified bottled water and haven't added any fertilizers. I've adjusted pH 6.2 and added CalMag in a couple of waterings, I transplanted them about 2 weeks ago. 350–500 ml every 3 days (7L pots) The pots take a long time to lose weight and I'm not getting any runoff

one day ago you said "Please i need advice on a watering schedule for veg (for flowering I just water till runoff and it works well)" now, you aren't getting runoff? Even if you have changed the procedure, it sure wouldn't show any effect yet. This is also contradicting the vast majority of the advice you received on that question one day ago. Don't need runoff, but must be sure you are not partially watering. That trains superficial roots and really bad long-term effect in the rootzone. End up with weird zones of high concentration nutrients or worse from unusual pattern of the ebb and flow of moisture. Then it's a matter of letting the plant drink. You cannot force feed a plant. If it takes a long time to drink it down, then you wait. Work on the other things suggested related to transpiration in the meantime, if you think that's the cause. If i recall it's light mix, which doesn't come with much nutrition amended into it, so you probably need to fertilizer a fairly full and well-balanced diet vs just supplementation. how concentrated depends on how often you add it.. every other? every third irrigation? Adhere to the suggested watering practices, fertilize at common sense levels - start easy and ramp up is the safest path. If you haven't added much, that's almost certainly the problem. Your vpd was generally fine given the information 1 day ago, so i doubt climate is an issue. 0.8-1.0 kPa, adjusted from atmosphere 20-23C range for lower leaf temps shouldn't cause problems. 20c/60% (atmosphere reading temp / 0.8kPa guesstimate VPD) might be a tad low as you get into mature plant sizes, but was probably almost perfect for a younger plant. leaf temp will be 3-4F coller than the air. Transpiration is calculated with leaf temp not air temp. You don't have to calculate it. Download a VPD table. They are readily available with a cursory web search. Subtract 1-2C or 3-4F from your atmospheric temp reading to reference the table correctly. As those plants grow, you will almost certainly need to remove moisture. Better have a dehumidifier or live in an arid region that you can exchange dry are for moist air at a high enough rate to counter act what the increasingly large canopy emits into the air. Chose RH target based on resultign temperature and referencing a VPD table, unless you choose to tightly control the temperature, then set RH relative to that target temp. temp and rh jive together.. if you change one, it should be in consideration to the other. Baed on info given, i don't think this is a matter of low tranpiration, unless the info given was inaccurate. These plants are simply hungry and the roots can't find enough.

5-10 Tage mal kein Wasser ( je nach Temperatur) und abwarten, Der Topf soll sich deutlich leichter anfüllen. wie der Kollege Ultraviolet_ schon sagt: Die Nährstoffaufnahme funktioniert nicht. Es könnte daran liegen, dass die vielen Plastikschalen bei etwas mehr Temperatur schwitzen und die Wurzel dann zu feucht halten.

Looks like a lack of oxygen getting to those root zones. Anaerobic conditions cause symptoms similar to nitrogen deficiency. The plant is cannibalizing old growth because uptake is screwed.
