Im growing white widow photo i have 1-2 week max before harvest and today i just checked them i noticed that lights should be off by that time but didnt

Good morning, Even if the plant becomes hermaphrodite, and even manages to fertilize some flowers, the plant's focus so far has been on flower growth, meaning most of the work is already done; it just might not reach the maximum possible resin and THC, due to shifting the plant's focus to seeds. I've had a similar problem before, and the final product wasn't bad; I just wondered if I could have done better.

Won't have enough time to worry even if it does pop a pollen sac. It'll take a pollen sac 3-4 weeks to grow, ripen, and open up. When the pistils turn color, they are dead, so not too receptive to pollen either. Probably takes several days for a pollinated ovule to amass enough cells to notice, too.. lots of time to finish. The far bigger concern is whether you cause a re-vege. If stems start to elongate again, your buds will spread out along with it. Just monitor it as it goes... each to their own on what is too much stem elongation to force a decision. Catch it early and be ready to harvest.
