I would check the spots under the Microscope! could be also some pathogen fungi like Alternaria or septoria which makes also brown spots on the leaves

That seems Calcium or Potassium deficiency (or both). I would add a solution of Cal-Mag + some nutrients rich in Potassium

Calcium deficiency. Add Ca in one form or another.. just consider how the product impact soil pH or balance of other nutes. More than one option.
