well it's not just because of a pest issue as one says on here, it could be PH related, or nutrient but it's some form of stress you need to rule out the culprits. Get out your loop and check for pest, a calcium problem starts at the upper leaves which appears to be the case from your pictures but she looks pale which would be nitrogen. I've never grown outdoors but the people I've seen doing it don't just plant in the ground, they prepare the soil. Did you have your soil checked for it's content to know what your growing in? I would check the spots under the Microscope! could be also some pathogen fungi like Alternaria or septoria which makes also brown spots on the leaves

Even though you said it’s an outdoor grow these clowns will have you trying to change the pH of the soil in your whole state! lol

That seems Calcium or Potassium deficiency (or both). I would add a solution of Cal-Mag + some nutrients rich in Potassium

Calcium deficiency. Add Ca in one form or another.. just consider how the product impact soil pH or balance of other nutes. More than one option.
