maybe, from any foliar sprays you used to combat pests? You sure nothing else is chewing on the plants? There can be mutations that impact pigment of leaves. The spots don't look like any typical nutreint-related leaf symptoms. I see one leaf with some burned serated tips, but seems isolated... if you sprayed something on the plant, test it on a single leaf in future before spraying entire plant. "Bti" is an excellent way to avoid gnats and other pests that lay larva in the medium. Around here, Summit Mosquito Bits or Dunks are the popular product with Bti. A lot of places store soils and such outside or they get infested while in transport. gnats are most often brought home from the store as opposed to anything of your own doing, unless you have an ongoing problem with other potted plants, of course. Using Bti preemptively will kill them off before they reach adulthood - or at least 99% of them. Once oyu feel safe, can cease using it. I usually top dress some mosquito bits / crushed dunk or use a 'teabag' of a 1/4 crushed mosquito dunk in my reservoir - seems good for several weeks. A month after last transplant i'll stop using it if i don't see signs of gnats. == Never have a gnat problem.

Hey growmie! Yes, absolutely, she can still bounce back. Since you've already sorted out the heat and fungus gnats, give her some time to recover. New growth should come out clean and green. Just don't overwater while she's recovering and keep an eye on her. Good luck! 🌱💚
