I've never seen this before....saw it this morning, 1st day above coco...
What is this? conjoined twins? they have 1 root? will they survive? is there a any way to split them so young and fragile?
what should i do?

Whichever one lags behind, just snip it.. snip it again if it grows, lol. I wouldn't try to separate them unless you are having fun doing it and just for shits and grins etc... if the risk of losing both is okay, go for it, lol.
Maybe, if you germinated using the paper towel method, separating is a more viable option? but that's not the case here.
Allowing both to grow almost always results in one dominating the other. Same reasons you don't want to plant two seeds in one pot -- roots competing with each other is not ideal.

I would mycorhizal and seaweed to speed rooting then slice straight down the middle once there's enough roots both sides to separate ... half the pot with roots and 1 seedling in each bigger pot..gl

Twins.
Every twin I have ever grown as to see what happens has been a dud...............either hermied or grew very, very poor flowers.
Grow if you are keen for an experiment, but don't be surprised if it ends up being a failure.
I believe the mixed up genetics of "twin" seeds also results in messed up growth and messed up maturation.
Any seed that starts out weird is a waste of time in my opinion, I am here to grow strong healthy plants, not "maybes"!

Hello. I've successfully separated a pair before. You'll need to try it soon if that is what you want to do.
Don't let the roots get too big or you'll never unwind them from one another.
Or you can wait a week or 2 and then cut out the smaller one and let the bigger one grow.
Or you could just leave it and let them both grow. That's not the best choice.
2 plants in 1 pot has them competing for water and food and you'll need to water them twice as often.
As I see it you have 3 choices.
