The lollipop should be done before switching to flowering; however, if you see that the plant doesn't have space to develop, then I would do the lollipop during flowering. In your case, from what I see, I think you have space, so I wouldn't stress the plant. If you see that it's bothering the others, go ahead and do it, your decision based on my advice, whatever you think is best. I see it with good color, it's fattening up; I do see a little bit of yellowing at the bottom, but it's super slight. If you want it to get better color, give it a bit of nitrogen. Lollipopping at this point will only reduce yield. Any hopes of removing growth to redistribute resources needs to be done before the flowers form. I see no reason to prune anything off this plant. No congestion, and it won't change the results. Don't remove leaves, either... no reason to do so. looks like a little n-def creeping up plant... it's too early to let the canopy fade, so make sure that doesn't continue. it seems like nothing is happening, but it is progressing.. just let it play out. The plant does the work. We merely provide a good environment for it to happen.

No, don't remove bud sites now, if anything, remove a few of the fanleaves that shade out bud sites. Looks like it's in late stretch fase, the flowers should start to fatten up in a week or so

This plant does not need anything cut off................just let it finish as is. "Lollipopping" this plant is unnecessary and will not achieve anything. Do not defoliate either...............it would just reduce your potential. More leaves = more energy being made = more potential. Less leaves = less energy being made = less potential.

She looks like early alkaline drift/classic iron chlorosis, could possibly be from a slightly over saturated medium, as that can also make iron difficult to uptake which may incurr the drift towards 7+ No doubt organic nutes if you are using them they just keep releasing non stop into the medium. Regardless of the breakdown in water flow, your fluctuating water cycle is causing disruption in water flow and nutrient uptake dropskffa cliff, the rate of release soon outpaces rate of dynamic growth, without the correct buffer size the ph drifts. That's what it looks like to me. Early drift causing telltale limey green tint.

Good morning, I don't see such a large structure with a lack of light at the base that would lead you to do the pruning. However, if you want to have the biggest top buds possible, then you need to think about pruning, but it should have been done earlier to avoid wasting the plant's energy on fattening buds that will be removed...

Timing by bud structure and development would be close to ideal ( maybe 3-5 days ago would be absolutely perfect ) , BUT what you want to lolipop ??? Structure is nice, they have good gap under canopy for airflow, plant is on smaller side, so i would not take any bud or any leaf away personally ... Max you can think about is opening / dpreading side branches a bit with soft fat green garden wire. Less you touch plant now, less problems you'll have ....
