Spider Farmer 100W at 45cm, ~60% dimmer. At 35–50% and higher distance, my seedling stretched ~5cm in 2 days. It’s now 4 days old. Biobizz Light Mix, no additives, RH 66–70%. Should I keep 45cm/~60% or raise/lower intensity?

If the internodes are too tight, it's toomuch. If the internodes are too stretched, it's too little. It's like riding a bike. You learn to balance. Most will be similar as far as how you have to ramp up, but there is genetic variety, too.

Hi, I run my 200 watts at 100% and keep a distance of 60-70 cm. So far, I haven't had any issues with it, but everyone has a different opinion on that. If you have an LED lamp with over 300 watts, you'll obviously need to reduce the light, but I don't see any problems up to 200 watts. Good luck! 🍀

She looks beautiful, stem is not lanky at all. I would gradually increase output, for second week of flower to be max max. At least i always went that way and it worked well for me.
