Athena blended bloom, Fox farm 7030, I’m in flower, and my leaves are tacoing at the very top, I turn my light down to now 550 PPFD, but the leaves are very leathery
Dark, leathery leaves with tacoing and pale tips usually point to too much feed, or heat at the top, more than to light alone. Athena Blended is strong, so try cutting the dose by 20-25% or giving plain pH'd water for a feed, and check runoff EC and pH (soil 6.0-6.5). Also measure the leaf surface temperature, since 550 PPFD can still cook the tops if the canopy is warm or RH is low. Keep VPD around 1.2-1.5 kPa in flower. New growth should look better within a week
Check for russet mites. You need 60x magnifying to see them. They are invisible to the human eye. Google them. I hope its not, but it really looks like it. They suck to get rid of. Sulfur spray to kill them in veg. Parasites in flower. Google that too. They can spread. So if you got other tents, careful not to contaminate. Again I hope im wrong, but looks like both plants got it. They can be saved if so, just gonna suck.
Just my thoughts.
Best of luck! Happy Growing!
