That hazy film with tiny dots looks like mites to me. Twisted, canoeing new growth that is dark and glossy at 3 weeks, while the same soil grows a healthy plant, points to broad mites (they're invisible to the eye), and spider mites are the other candidate if you see fine webbing or stippling. Check the underside of the newest leaves and the growing tips with a 60x loupe, and isolate the plant now. For treatment, spray weekly for at least 3 weeks with a veg-safe miticide like a neem or insecticidal soap blend, or a sulfur-free option, covering both leaf sides, and stop spraying before flower. Dip or wash tools and hands between plants

Here is a hint for you: There is no thing as "exact same mix". That isn't how botany or genetics work. I had the same temperature and humidity and dinner on the night I conceived, why didn't I clone my first child? grrr Unless you're working with clones, you have a genetic individual. That individual has a distinct set of initial conditions associated with it. In math, you would say that the system is amenable to being perturbed. That is why you can take a system and watch it go nuts and bonkers over a minor change. The output gets fucked when the inputs change with a minor input delta approaching an infinitesimal. Another example of this in math, would be bifurcations in solution sets. You can have an entire set of infinite solutions, that are bifurcated and unreachable given a specific condition, amongst a million other mathematical implications. Thinking that a plant isn't a botanical system of equations is reductive. Thinking a plant isn't an individual is reductive. Trying to compare two distinct plants is just not how it works. That is you taking two random humans from different continents and assuming their metabolism and body weight and intelligence are equal for no logical reason.

a hint? so you know what's wrong? If that is the case, stop wasting people's time, lol. also, while it's correlative, just because a 'mix' worked fine for 1 or 2 grows or other plants doesn't mean you know it'll work well for all plants. Sounds like there's potentially a shit-ton of calcium in the soil to me, but not enough infor to be certain. the plant is definitely overfed and could be contributing to whatever is causing the taco leaves. the purple is genetics or cold temps. that white film would only be mildew if it was smeared by a foliar spray of some sort, otherwise colonies form in distinct circular shapes, initially. a scop would help with that if unsure... if it looks like a fibrous netting is draped over the surface and trichomes, it's wpm.. 'exact same mix' doesn't mean what you think it does... top-down consistency can still result in problems... consistency dialed-in relative to experience is a bottom-up (deductive) endeavor.
