Worms? TMV?More and more discoloration and brown spots are appearing on the leaves of my plant. This is appearing on all new leaves. I don't have a good magnifying glass, but I tried to take a picture of the discoloration and I don't know if these white and dark dots could be worms?

What is it?I watered the plant yesterday and unfortunately it looks worse on the leaves. It received about 33% of the dose of fertilizers. There is more discoloration. I looked in the Internet and found tobacco mosaic virus. Do you think this could be it or something else?
