If you checked though its probably not that. They are crazy small though, I find its easier to spot their eggs and egg shells vs themselves.
Other option I could think of is maybe a root disturbance? has the PH been fluctuation a lot? or has the root zone been disturbed or over watered?
I agree with others that it does kinda look like TMV but not 100%
If it was TMV you'd want to find the source as it also infects a lot of common vegetable plants and their soil beds.
You will need to "nuke" your grow room should it turn out to be TMV. Shit can live on dry things for 2 years or 2 months in wet soil
