Need some help, I'm really lostHi people, need some serious help here. The new leaves look like sh¡T. They are kinda yellowish and the tops are necrosed. Some spots on the leaves too! I added some silica in the last water but I don't know if was the cause. Soil pH varies between 6.5 and 7.0. Any ideas?

To prune or not to prune?Hello guys. A beginner question here. Should I prune these "inner" branches or should I let them grow? They are getting a lot of light but I don't know if it's worth letting them bloom. If I have to cut them when would be the best time? I'll leave this question open until Friday.
