60 hours ago, I removed 3 seedling pots, and there were slight damages to the roots. I refilled the soil and watered the pots again. For the last 48 hours, the heads have been drooping (today they are standing straighter). This morning, I discovered white spots on the leaves. Mold or powdery mildew? What do you think and what should I do?

Flecken auf Blatt und Halm oder Helikopter-MutterThe 2 spots on the front leaf and the dark areas on the stem are bothering me a bit. Do you think the plant has a problem, or am I just worrying too much again?
VP 10. It's in 11l BB AllMix and was watered once at the beginning of the VP with 3l.
