I do see the little spots on the leaf but hard to say what it is. It could be just something wet dropped on the leaf and discolored it. It’s a bit young to have much showing for deficiencies yet. I wouldn’t panic or anything, just keep an eye on her to see if anything progresses. You don’t have to write in English. Some of us aren’t lazy and can hit the translate lol
