Please Help ! What's going on I just woke up to my perfectly healthy plant having spots on the top leaves. Yellow spottage on a few leaves including sum sugar leaves. It's all the way at the top nugs I have no clue how any water would've got there or anything. I'm really stressing

I'm a Certified Seedling Killer plz help me diagnose Been having this issue nonstop for months, (thought I should add I have 5-6 indoor and 50+ outdoor grows under my belt) but lately my indoors will not make it past the first week or 2! They get stunted right before they grow their 2nd set of true leaves. They end up lookn like #2

Is this a deficiency or burn?I have 2 new, 2 week old seedlings in my grow room and the bottom first set of leaves is yellowing at the tips to like half way up. Their not as green as the new growth.
