Could you please help me figure out why her leaves dropped and the color is a bit pale? This is day 16 and they don't seem to be thriving. I just discovered about VPD 3 days ago and I was definitely off the chart before I found it.

Is my potting mix okay?Can you please let me know if you think my potting mix is okay? It's made out of 80% Sea Soil Mix Complete, 15% of a 70/30 Coco/Perlite mix and 5% of worm castings. In addition can I reuse the same mix if the plants I had in them only reached the seedling stage?
