Hey, I have a question about soil in general. I use a layer system with potting soil on top and high nutrition soil on the bottom How long do the roots of the plants get before she needs the higher nutrition level? Don't want my layers to be too shallow and my plant to burn.

I put my light way down on 20% As soon as the seeds pop I will pull it away to 30cm and push to 70-80% at 19/5 cycle. Would you cut the light completely until they push through or put the lamp further away on more or less light?
