Why not Spray her with some leafe additive and water her(Not too much since she prob. Not got many roots)esp Nitrogen. If she gets greener after 2-3 days you good

She suffered major stress (thirst, hunger, lack of light) which stopped her development. Critical points ​The stem: It is extremely thin and fragile (“stretchy”). It needs a stake or to be buried deeper when repotting. ​Foliage: It only has its cotyledons and a few pairs of embryonic leaves. She has no energy reserves. ​ Direct action plan ​Light: Give it a soft light not at full speed I would say 50% intensity if you are indoors. ​Hydration: Gently moistens the substrate without drowning it (its roots are tiny). ​Verdict: Give it a try for science, but don't expect a monster.
