White insects in soil but not on plant I've noticed little white insects in the soil of one of my plants, no deficiencies, no other problems, she's streched to nearly 2ft and still in veg, it may be humidity....?it's a white widow from 710 genetics, there very small so there quite difficult to detect in the picture

should i flower Should I flower at 21 inches as my other plants are not all the same size ,I've got 4 plants at different weeks in a 2x3x4 , any advice would be welcomed,this isn't my first grow just need some input troops ,cheers
