White insects in soil but not on plant

I've noticed little white insects in the soil of one of my plants, no deficiencies, no other problems, she's streched to nearly 2ft and still in veg, it may be humidity....?it's a white widow from 710 genetics, there very small so there quite difficult to detect in the picture

To the naked eye, root aphids will look a little bulgier. You might even be able to see legs. They kinda look like elongated spiders or ants.

There's a slight chance they're beneficial but most likely not. You probably have root aphids. If you've notice white flys around that almost look like little moths, it could be larvae too. Best bet is to use spectracide or something to kill everything in your soil. The only bad thing is, it will kill any bennies too, but you can always replace bennies. In this case, I say better safe than sorry. Your plants wont like it, but they will recover.
