What is causing this?What is causing this? The white spots are from something I sprayed on it. I don't know what's causing the brown spots and the missing bits.

Why are all of my coco grows dying early?So I'm at my fourth grow with the same setup: coco+perlite, a garland tray with an autopot valve, nutrients are GH Trio (see attached pic for feeding schedule). I use Ca+MG. Starting at week 6 the plant starts dying, and it's almostdead by week 12. It's the fourth grow with this.
