I don't think its fungal. it appears to be the beginning of a calcium deficiency. could be caused by lockout "to much" vs not feeding enough. I don't see the EC/PPM listed in your grow and when feeding with liquid nutrients is best to monitor that to ensure you are not over/under feeding the plants. To add onto this, autos do not feed as aggressively as photoperiods and are more sensitive to over feeding. This link is helpful for a quick reference https://www.autoflower.net/forums/threads/med-man-method-feeding-chart-ppm-ec.47856/ Good Luck!

High bro, Haha gotta love your name! The spots on your leaves are caused by calmag dificiency propably due overfeeding. You can flush the build up nutrition out of your soil, let the soil dry out after and continue your grow with less nutes. For flushing you need to slowly pour water onto the top of the soil, allowing it to drain freely from the bottom of the pot. Pour slowly, so the water doesn't overflow from the top of the pot. Use approximately four times the pot's volume in water to flush the soil. For example, use 1 gallon of water for a 1 quart pot. After the flushing you want the soil to dry out (almost) completely. After this you can continue watering like you are used to and start giving a small dose of nutes again. Happy Growing! šŸ˜‹

I would also check the night time temp/RH as day time is borderline stress point, if night is too, then it can be the start of bigger problems

I'm going to say it's from the leaves drooping at night and touching each other while they transpire because the leaves aren't moving

@grower_not_shower looks like powdery mildew on those leaves and the spotting could be from misting the leaves or when your feeding spilling a few drops on the leaves https://www.almanac.com/pest/powdery-mildew#:~:text=Effective%20organic%20fungicides%20for%20treating,effective%20in%20treating%20powdery%20mildew.
