Crazy PH drop and High EC So I mixed a ½ gal solution but adjusted it by adding water to ⅔ gal to bring down the initial EC/ppm testing at around 1400/700. I ph to 5.8 and fed, the runoff was shy of 20% testing at PH 2.65 EC 3940 ppm 1970 Why and how to fix?

High Runoff EC. Possible toxicity?My runoff EC keeps climbing, I've watered just plain water in between feedings to try combating it but it climbs back up. Am I doing that right? Should I be diluting my solution and keeping the ratios the same? Please, any advise is welcomed
