Feedback ?Sticky trap for gnats just accidently fell on my biggest 1 week old autoflower when i pulled it up the whole seedling came out of the soil also ripping apart one of the bigger leaves . Replanted immediately after it happening. Has anything similar happen to any other growers ?

Another fox farms questionI was going to start some indoor auto flowers sometime in the next few days as of right now i got some fox farms happy soil ,fox farms ocean, and some perlite . 3 gallon fabric pots . Should i mix 50 50 or just use the happy frog with some perlite ?
