I usually dont give to autos so fast nutes, you can give root juice but wait until plant is 1-2weeks old and then start feeding it,autos need less nuts and for the start in soil usually is enough nuts in already,so try to not over feed her and gl with your grow.

Id say around 14days,when pistols are 80-90% brown,and most important thing to search for is the trichomes color,if they are all milky best high,and when they turn amber color les thc more cbn but will give you more narcotic effect with couch lock,buy some microscope as minimum zoom x60 other ways you will not be able to see the trichomes..
