A couple plants not growing upwards is one of 2 things. If it's 1 out of 10 roughly doing that, it's the phenotype. Or it's the type light you're using. The pinkish purple lights have a bad tendency to do that. Add one or 2 600 watt(200 watt draw) roleadro 2nd generation led lights. This light mimics sunlight. All plants grow upward better when that's the natural response to growing under the real sun. Plants with sunlike lights added tend to grow 8-10" taller.

Answer to your Bubba Kush from Seedsman. Some of seedsman's strains have genetic problems and/or the seeds were not stored properly. Lemon Auto germination rates suck for example. I used to buy from seedsman when I 1st started & germination rates were bad. I switched to oaseeds.com & instantly got 95%+ germination rates of every damn strain I bought. Some strains 100:100 grew. You have to try oaseeds.com. They sell in Bulk & run between $125 - $250 per 100 seeds. They have the best quality seeds of anyone I've bought from by far. I won't use anyone else. And they are slick as hell how they package. They sew seeds inside purses, coats, book bags, etc. Their stealth 5 day international delivery may be $40 but you'll have your seeds quicker than a USA supplier. oaseed.com is the shit. And Never buy anything from SeedStockers. Every seed I got from them were garbage

#1 Best way to harvest at Highest potency. Use a microscope camera that hooks to your phone. They cost $20 on amazon & can get one in 2-3 days. Zoom up trichomones until they look like a mushroom forest. If all are white, do Not harvest, yet. Low potency. When 1/3 of trichomones are amber brownish colored, on average surface space looking at it, harvest right then. Highest potency. Remember, the very top of your plant reaches highest potency Faster because it's closer to lights. The more brown the trichomones, the more CBD & the less THC you'll have. Remember that. Each plant may reach high potency at different times, too. So do not harvest all of your plants just because one is harvest ready. Trichomones start as White but as the THC increases in the plant, the trichomones start converting from THC to CBD. The CBD starts turning the white trichomones into an amber color. The purpose of harvesting plants when they reach an average of 1/3 amber & 2/3 white trichomones is this is a perfect THC to CBD ratio. 2/3 THC to get the best Stone with 1/3 CBD as a Pain Killer. It's the perfect blend. This ratio combined means being High with all your pain gone as well leaving you relaxed at the same time. Creates a whole body stone & is smoother when smoked. It's a more enjoyable high. But Never let your trichomones turn all amber brownish color because you're just smoking CBD at that point. You might as well be smoking Hemp if your buds are 90% CBD. As plant gets bigger, obviously, increase watering. If top of soil is dry a 1/2 down, water it.

I use 2 full shot glasses every 3-4 days on small seedlings depending on type soil. 1 shot left side of plant. 1 shot right side of plant. Use superthrive for micro & macronutrients. Awesome for seedling development

One last thing, 13 weeks??? I harvest in 9-10 max. Beware if Hermie's in this grow. They're stressed out to the max

I see 4 big problems causing your issue. 1.) Northern lights prefer 16-18 hours max. Over that stresses them; 2.) Major pH issue. Way To high. Plant not absorbing critical nutes. You need 5.5-5.8 pH. Some important nutes only absorb into plant at 5.5-5.7. Others above. Fluctuate your pH. A couple days 5.5-5.7. Then a couple days 5.8-6.0. Then back down again. This will allow all nutrients to be absorbed out if soil so you don't get nutrient lock in soil & that can build up & kill your plant. I flush at 6.1-6.5ph water; 3.) Way to small of pot. Minimum of 2 gallon pots. Root system not big enough; and 4.) Lights to close. Keep at 16". Light insensity too high causing stress to plant at 12". One last thing, if you're using a high blend of Coco coir, it don't hold nutrients well. Runs right through Coco coir leaving little nutes left.

You got a killer phonotype. This is what I call a mother plant. Because if you get seeds, they'll take her traits. Plants like this is what creates new species & hybrid results. If you don't intend to seed her & just want to smoke, you better give your big mother a lot of calmag. As for your nutrients, way overboard. Use PH Perfect 3 part blend, which will keep everything 5.5-5.8 PH respectively, then use flower fuel when green buds are visible, add more flower fuel every 2 weeks until a 30-35 ratio on bloom nutes. This is cheapest, fastest & best water soluble blend for results eliminating the work in getting ph right

You better use silica blast & double cal mag immediately. Northern lights need a minimum of 3 gallon pots or 2 gallon airports. Also you need at least 1/3 soul mixed in a Coco coir blend. Nutes run through Coco coir instantly & don't stay in soil long. Using small pots you need a watering tray that always stays 3" deep in water.

The higher the CO2, the higher the nutes you can do. On my 1450 ppm CO2 in budding stage with carbohydrates causing plants to run through nutes in hyperdrive so fast the roots can handle 15-35-65. If CO2 goes out, everything dead of root burn with 5 hours. But I may leave last 2 plants to stress to max to force hermi for 50/50 femenized seeds & bring in a female to pollinate for 100% femized on that plant. Stress is best way to get seeds & you cannot stress a plant more than forcing it a month past it's ultimate life span.
