I would say it is definitely a bit too much light for your plants. If you really have bugs, this also is stress for them and will slow her growth. Maybe you make some pictures and ask community for help? Good luck with your grow! :green_heart:

Yoo wie machst du das im Winter benutzt du einen extra Heizer oder schafft deine Heizung das so alles zu erhitzen?
