Hi Bud...I saw your question about the fungus gnats but you closed it out before I saw it. I've found that cinnamon works. It kill the fungus that the gnats feed on and doesn't hurt the plant. For a pot you sized, try sprinkling about 2 tbsp around on the soil and water it in. Give it a few days to work. And cinnamon would go better with your organic style, that what you used. Good Luck.
