<span class="link_user">@Luluboo80</span>, I use it on 300 -400 ppfd which is in my case 80cm above canopy on 30%. Im also still experimenting. There is a nice chart on the website with ppfd ranges and weeks of the plants. Im trying to follow this at the moment.
