Auto seedlings, lighting question!

Hi! I have a question. I am just about to start my first indoor grow, it’s relatively small, only two plants, both autos. I am using the Telos 6 mesh LED for lighting but I am unclear as to when to switch the power from 25-50%? Is it when the first true leaves appear? Thanks

The best way is to watch the seedling. If it starts stretching for the light then either increase the intensity or move the light closer As a rough guide for a light I'm not familiar with would be: 25% 24" for first true leaves 50% 24" not long after Till flip then 100% and maybe a bit closer. Remember the closer the light is the more uneven the light spread, with it being most intense under the centre. I prefer having it higher up with more intensity.

Hi mate, you may not require to increase for 3 weeks. I have noticed that autos are fragile in relation to too strong light at early stages. What's your distance beetwen lamp and pots?

Almost two weeks old, got her first spot on a leaf What do you guys think is the cause of this? She is only 13 days old. Is it a light burn? She's getting 16-20 DLI until she develops more leaves. Wind? I'm not giving any nuts yet. Even her last water was like a week ago because her soil still feels a bit moist. VPD Early Veg.😽

Viparspectra P2000 height and intensity For those that have experience with the light I'm using, Viparspectra P2000, how high and what intensity percentage should I have it? Currently I'm at 21" at 75% power. Also, I run it 24/7. I have an app on my phone and it says my DLI is at like 56 which seems way too high.

Nutrient burn, Light burn, or Phos Def? red stems purple bruises,Noticed red lines leaking red into the leaves with purple bruising, and the starter bottom leaves seem to be turning yellow, with the leaves above looking dark green with spots. Is this signs of light burn or nutrient toxicity? And is it lacking phosphorus or just the strain gen?
