Moe_Mr_X thanks for the updates, we can see that the plant does look stressed and the growth has stalled. The compost looks very wet for a seedling this size however the roots visible on the root ball and look white and healthy. We'd allow the medium to dry back more between waterings and see whether the new growth begins to emerge normally , if the growing tip was damaged during emergence, it may still recover and grow out of it. 😊
