You've got to be really careful with the info you're given on here.Iv pointed out at least 3 people making a number of mistakes each within a few hours the other day so it clearly can't be trusted.They need little to no light during the first few weeks.30w is fine which I guess is 30%.Check their site for info on hanging heights as they can be very different from one another.Are you planning on using that to flower your plants as it isnt strong enough.Iv never grown with less than 600w but decent sized autos can be grown with around 300w.It vwill grow and produce decent flowers but they'll be small.
@Cannabees_grows7691, I spent decades growing with no interweb and nobody around me for info or help. It was bag seed in the back garden,ha.I had to get on a plane and go to another country to peak to growers and find out where the best info is,that was 93.I came home with whats known as "the bible",Indoor majarijuana horticulture.I wouldnt of known what book or seeds to get without speaking to someone.It was the museum in the Dam.You need to check your info and find out how that info has come about.More and more of it is now secience based whre as before it was mostly info from the horticulture industry but not all plants are the same.Everything I do now is either science based or taken from people in the inustry with proven reputations.
